By using FattestFish, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

FattestFish is designed to process your measurements and photos primarily on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information on our servers.

The App may store the following data locally on your device when you choose to use these features:

• Fish measurement results such as length, girth, species, and estimated weight.
• Photos you capture or save as part of a measurement record.
• App preferences and local history used to display your saved catches.

2. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

Your data is used only to provide the App's features, including:

• Measuring fish using AR or photo-based tools.
• Detecting reference objects and fish contours on-device.
• Saving your catch history for later review inside the App.

We do not sell your information, and we do not upload your photos or measurement history to our servers.

3. PERMISSIONS

FattestFish may request the following permissions:

• Camera Access: Used to capture photos and support camera-based measurement features.
• Photo Library Access: Used to let you select photos from your library and save or load fish photos used in measurement records.

These permissions are used solely to provide app functionality.

4. ON-DEVICE PROCESSING

Features such as AR measurement, reference calibration, and fish detection use on-device Apple frameworks, including ARKit, Vision, and AVFoundation. We do not transmit this processing data to our own servers.

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Measurement history and related photos are stored locally on your device. Because this information is stored on-device, you remain in control of it. You can remove saved entries from within the App.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

FattestFish is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at https://www.geekmoniker.com/fattestfish/privacy with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
