PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE MINIPAL MOBILE APPLICATION ("APPLICATION") OPERATED BY YUSUF MOHSINALLY ("DEVELOPER", "WE", OR "US").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Minipal strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
You agree not to:
All rights, title, and interest in and to Minipal, including all content, features, and source code, remain the exclusive property of Yusuf Mohsinally. Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
Minipal may request access to your device’s camera and photo library solely to enable its core features. No personal data is uploaded, stored, or transmitted without your explicit permission. We do not collect, sell, or share your data. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
MINIPAL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YUSUF MOHSINALLY BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF YUSUF MOHSINALLY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This license will terminate automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and delete all copies of Minipal from your device.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California, United States.
We may update this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of Minipal after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
